Terms of Service — AIdioms

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an AIdioms account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. AIdioms is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Service description

AIdioms is an English learning platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate lessons, exercises, and personalized assessments by proficiency level (referencing the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages — CEFR, used only as a pedagogical benchmark, without any official certification attached).

3. Registration and account

• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information at sign-up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Each user may maintain only one personal account.

4. AI-generated content

Educational content (lessons, exercises, audio, assessments) is generated by artificial intelligence systems. While we strive to ensure quality and pedagogical accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is error-free. Pronunciation, fluency, and writing evaluations are generated automatically and are advisory in nature — they do not replace assessment by a certified teacher.

5. Sponsored content

Some educational content may be contextualized with sponsor brands, in a transparent manner. Sponsored content is always reviewed and approved by our team before publication, and audience targeting (age, level, interests) is defined solely for pedagogical relevance and content adequacy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's security mechanisms
• Share your account with third parties

7. Voice recordings and content submission

When using Speaking exercises, you consent to the temporary submission of your voice recording for processing by artificial intelligence, as described in the Privacy Policy. Recordings are not permanently stored.

8. Sponsors

Companies that purchase campaigns on the platform agree to specific commercial terms, including payment via Stripe, cancellation policy, and content guidelines, detailed at the time of contracting.

9. Intellectual property

Content generated by the platform is for personal and educational use. Reproduction or commercial distribution of the content without authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

AIdioms is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, nor that the platform will be available uninterrupted.

11. Account termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the platform.
